Customer Service Administrator Shrewsbury Temporary ongoing up to 9 months Up to £13.00 per hour Working 21 – 35 hours across 3 – 5 days per week Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis which could last up to 9 months. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a key role in ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Working within a small, friendly team, you will manage a variety of day‑to‑day administrative and coordination tasks to support smooth operations. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: * Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency * Assist with booking appointments, reservations, or event arrangements as required * Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation * Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication Skills and Experience This position requires someone confident on the phone, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and approachable manner.
