Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join their busy operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage air freight import and export shipments from start to finish Process shipping documentation including AWBs, invoices, packing lists and certificates Liaise with airlines, handling agents, hauliers, overseas agents and customers to ensure the smooth movement of freight Provide regular shipment updates and respond promptly to customer enquiries Prepare quotations for internal and external customers Approve supplier costs and raise customer invoices Coordinate occasional road freight movements Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues efficiently Maintain accurate records using freight forwarding systems Deliver a high level of customer service at all times About You Minimum 2 years' experience within air freight operations Experience working within a UK freight forwarding environment Air import and export experience Experience using CDS and/or ASM Sequoia would be advantageous Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive, proactive and professional approach Why Apply?
