Quality Lineside Engineer

12-month contract initially
up to £31 per hour Inside IR35
iO Associates is looking for a Quality Lineside Engineer to join a global aerospace leader specialising in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors.
You'll play a key role will support the evaluation, coordination, and monitoring of product, process, and service quality compliance.
Skills & Experience:
* Provide specialist quality assurance across drawings, parts, processes, and services
* Ensure compliance with quality systems, certification, and standards
* Lead investigation and resolution of quality and technical issues, driving corrective and preventive actions
* Conduct root-cause analysis and report quality performance to leadership
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
* Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management
* Data analysis and interpretation skills
* Team-oriented, with experience in quality or engineering within manufacturing
