Job Description

Responsibilities
* Manage commercial opportunities for the Swindon site by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and communicating internally to determine costs and prepare quotes.
* Assist with transferring products from client sites, ensuring compliance with requirements and quality standards.
* Manage customer accounts, including daily operations and strategic planning.
* Collaborate with European Business Development to explore new business opportunities, strategize, plan projects, negotiate, and finalize deals.
* Ensure technical projects meet deadlines and objectives.
* Coordinate budgeting and forecast revenues based on project timelines.
* Address contractual issues related to cost, quality, and delivery, safeguarding the company's interests.
* Develop relationships with clients, both new and existing.
* Lead teams effectively in line with GMP and company policies.
* Support staff development through training and succession planning.
Health & Safety
* Understand emergency procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
* Comply with environmental, health, safety, and security policies.
* Report and investigate incidents and breaches promptly.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Economics preferred.
* 5-10 years in business management or key account management roles.
* Experience as a program or portfolio manager.
* Proven success working with clients in fast-paced, commercial environments.
* Experience in client management, sales, or marketing, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Project Management and pharmaceutical technology transfer experience is a plus.
