This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the events and security industry, work at iconic stadiums, and receive free training to help you grow in the role. The Role As a Matchday Steward, you'll play a key part in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Crowd Management: Supporting the safe movement of fans before, during, and after the match Customer Service: Helping attendees with directions, information, and general assistance Ticket Checks: Ensuring only valid ticket holders gain access to designated areas Safety Support: Keeping walkways clear, reporting concerns, and helping in emergency situations Conflict Resolution: Managing queues and assisting in maintaining a calm environment What You’ll Need No previous stewarding experience or qualifications required A friendly, helpful attitude and great communication skills Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and midweek games Reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure A commitment to delivering excellent customer service What We Offer Free training towards your Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification (for those interested in progressing) Matchday work at one of the UK’s most exciting football venues The chance to join a team with opportunities at other events and venues Supportive management and a friendly working environment The satisfaction of helping thousands of fans enjoy a safe day out Interested?
