Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders to drive financial performance and strategic growth? My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in supporting site leadership with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Monthly management accounts, budgets & rolling forecasts
* Financial modelling & performance analysis
* Business case support & strategic planning
* Embedding financial controls across sites
* Acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership

* Strong management accounting & Excel skills
* Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
* Ability to simplify financial concepts for non-finance teams
