We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee CNC Operator to join a busy production team and develop specialist machining skills within a well-established company operating within the precision engineering and manufacturing sector.
This is a genuine long-term career opportunity within a structured and supportive environment. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in CNC machine setting and operation, with clear development milestones and mentoring throughout.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm
Overtime may be available depending on workload

As the Trainee CNC Operator, you will learn to:
Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings
Operate and assist in setting CNC machine tools

Record and maintain machine set-up information
Identify and report production issues promptly
Work efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
Follow risk assessments and safe systems of work
