We’re looking for an experienced SERVICE MANAGER to lead A fast‑paced volume dealership workshop operation – representing one of the most popular brands in the UK.
With a team of 10 skilled Technicians, you’ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop the workshop and service team
* Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and workload distribution
* Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalated queries
* Ensure compliance with Ford standards, processes, and KPIs
* Drive productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement
About You:
* Proven experience in a franchised dealership service / Aftersales Management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy, customer‑focused environment
* Knowledge of Ford systems and processes is an advantage
