About the Role: CBW Recruitment are working with a well-established contractor within the Passive Fire Protection industry, who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bexley, South East London.

The successful candidate will take ownership of cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting for passive fire projects, with genuine career progression available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans

2. Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts

3. Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts

4. Manage project variations and change control procedures

5. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial governance

6. Provide commercial input to project planning and risk management
