Reporting to the Founder, the role of a Social Media Manager involves B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, with a focus on strategic accounts. You will work in a small but mighty team, driving and implementing robust content plans, and strategies with a focus on creative execution and community management.
Your expertise in Social Media Marketing will contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of the Agency.

30%Content creation - working with the videographer and graphic designer using existing templates

£30,000 - £36,000 a year
The annual starting salary for this position is between £30,000 - £36,000 annually, depending on the skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

·We’re still a small company so if you like more established companies, it’s not (yet) the right time. At the minute, you’ll help build our company culture and scale our social offering.
·Though we will always help you learn and have the tools to develop individuals, we can’t yet provide close mentorship - we’re looking for someone who is already confident, experienced and capable as a Social Media Manager.
·Since you’ll have a lot of responsibility and creativity with your content, you’ll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to provide killer content and help us think outside of the box.
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years in a social media role, working with hands-on agency experience and working directly on social media marketing content and campaigns.
* Creativity and drive to create innovative scroll-stopping social strategies.
* Knowledge of how to deliver on-brand content that cuts through and resonates with audiences.
* Excellent time management, organisational skills and an acute attention to detail.
* Excellent copywriting skills and an ability to brand voice with clarity and conciseness with an ability to convey messages that capture attention and interest.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, terminology, trends, and analytics.
* Experience creating andediting video content for social media and ads.
* Ability to handle social media monitoring, customer comments, and crisis management.
What you’ll do:
* Create original organic content and copy for both clients and the Agency across multiple social media channels including TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn.
* Keep ahead of the curve by monitoring trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design and strategy.
* Maintain great relationships with key internal/external stakeholders.
* Establish the creative strategy, bringing new fresh ideas for social media content and campaigns. Likewise, sharing learnings with the wider team.
* Create ads content, including copy and creative using clients' videos, photography and templates to drive high performance.
* Create and edit photography and video assets for our social media and marketing alongside the agency creators.
* Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients to review the top-performing assets for the following month.

·Talent Call:You'll have a 15-minute telephone call with Fiona (our Founder) about the role requirements, life at FB, as well as your background and aspirations.
·Pre-interview Task:You may be asked to complete a task -This is your opportunity to be creative and show us your skills. If you are asked to complete a task, we estimate this will take no more than an hour or so.
·Final Interview:You'll shave a 45-60 minute in-person meeting withFiona (our Founder)and - as always - have an opportunity to ask questions about the role and company.We’ll deep dive into your past experiences, goals, motivations, and skills all aligned with our values.
·Paid Trial:A paid trial may take place in the interim to help us fill any gaps and to assess your work on a day rate if it doesn't go against your current employment contract.
