Position: Telesales Support Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13/hour
Working Hours: Standard 9 AM - 5 PM
Location: Office-based- Liverpool, Knowsley

Connect with existing and prospect clients to discuss additional product lines
Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client spending and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.What We're Looking For:
A motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
