Sales Administrator
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of market leading supplier of office equipment. The Sales Administrator will process customer transactions efficiently and accurately ensuring that all orders are processed within the service levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking sales orders from emails and phone calls and inputting them on Computer System using SAP
2. Processing sales orders
3. Updating sales orders with any amendments necessary
4. Responding to queries from customers re status of orders / deliveries
5. Ringing / emailing customers before deliveries
6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
7. Putting up sales quotations
8. Converting Sales quotations to sales orders
9. Inputting confirmed order details
10. Track outstanding PO's
11. Issue credit and debit notes as directed
12. Liaise with warehouse / logistics / procurement and agents on orders / deliveries
13. Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
14. 2 years experience in a similar role
15. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
16. Willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude
17. Excellent communication skills and able to build a strong customer relationship
18. Flexibility
19. Experience using SAP a bonus
