As a Project Co-ordinator at Benchmark Capital, you will play a central role in supporting the successful delivery of projects. Based at our Broadlands Business Campus in Horsham, you will ensure smooth communication, organised workflows, and timely execution of tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and can keep multiple moving parts aligned.
What you'll do
Project support and administration

Maintain accurate documentation and meeting records.

Track progress and update internal systems.

Produce presentations, reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Coordinate materials to support smooth project operations.
Communication and coordination

Act as a central point of contact for project teams and suppliers.

Schedule and facilitate meetings and reviews.

Communicate actions clearly and monitor completion.

Support cross‑functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships.
PMO governance and change control

Apply PMO standards, processes and templates.

Maintain clear, accurate project documentation.

Support change control and internal policy compliance.

Reinforce disciplined project execution.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to structure work clearly and maintain momentum.

Confident written and verbal communication, able to present information in a clear and concise way.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.

Good working knowledge of project management tools (for example Excel, Jira or equivalent).

Understanding of core project management principles and how they apply in day‑to‑day delivery.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and reporting

Experience working in a PMO or structured project delivery environment (Desirable)

Experience in financial planning, financial services, or another regulated industry where governance and documentation standards are important. (Desirable)

The base
You'll be based at the Benchmark Head Office, within our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex but will need to be present across our other offices, including the main Schroders headquarters in London. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.

We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham’s main line train station
