Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document themArrange vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers
* Explain recommended repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
* Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
* Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
* Co‑ordinate with Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
* Liaise with, and accountable to, the Service Manager and Aftersales Manager
Experience
* Previous experience as a service advisor is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous and will aid you in the role
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent problem‑solving skills
* Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
