As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll keep our energy generation assets running smoothly—from CHP (combined heat & power) engines and gas-to-grid systems to flare stacks and siloxane removal plants. You’ll play a hands-on role in operating, maintaining, and optimising cutting-edge technology to hit performance, safety, and sustainability targets. What You’ll Do Your role is all about keeping our energy generation assets performing at their best You’ll diagnose and fix faults, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and make smart adjustments to optimise performance Working with CHP engines, gas-to-grid systems, and advanced control systems, you’ll ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and meets power targets. You’ll also collaborate with site teams, manage contractors, and help solve recurring issues—making a real impact every day What You’ll Bring Time-served engineering background with a mechanical background (HNC/ONC or equivalent) Hands-on experience with power generation systems / CHP engines Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Must have a valid driving licence This role may not be eligible for the visa sponsorship About The Team You’ll support and guide engineers, contractors, apprentices, and other trades to boost technical expertise across the team.
