Our client is a market-leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years, in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and service of engineering equipment. They are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a CAD & Project Coordinator. The role of CAD & Project Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone with AutoCAD experience. You will be working within a small team, and the position will involve supporting the progress of new contracts from design to procurement of materials. Duties for the CAD & Project Coordinator will include: Generate drawings using 2D AutoCAD Produce part lists Support with various projects and contracts Document and prepare O&M manuals Procurement of materials on a competitive price basis Prepare quotes within deadlines Feedback to the manager regarding market trends and customer requirements Build rapport with customers to assist with their enquiries The CAD/Project Coordinator will also complete site visits as and when required Communication at various levels It would be good to see candidates for the CAD & Project Coordinator role with the following: Must have experience working in a similar role AutoCAD experience is essential – be able to generate 2D drawings Confident in procuring materials A good multitasker Able to work within a demanding role A professional and personable approach to workloads A driving licence is essential Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 Per Annum Benefits: 30 holidays, including BH, rising to 33 after 1 year of service, and the beginning of the next calendar year Auto-enrolment pension.
