As Senior Product Design Engineer in Hereford, youll shape early-stage product development across EMEA for a global leader in water management. This hybrid role offers £60,000£65,000 plus a generous benefits package and high ownership from day one. Scope of the Role: Your mission is to uncover user needs and turn them into viable innovation projects. Youll guide early product research, prototyping, and business case development across multiple EMEA markets.
