About The Role
Servoca Nursing & Care are recruiting for committed and enthusiastic Support Workers for various settings who are passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and in need.

Full and part-time hours are available, with no obligation to work if you prefer not to; just inform us of your weekly availability to help us find suitable shifts.
Successful applicants will provide person-centred support, offering ongoing guidance and encouragement to adults and young people with profound Learning Disabilities. Personal Care may be required based on each client's physical needs, so candidates unwilling to undertake this should not apply.
You must have a minimum of 6 months' previous experience in a support work setting.
Pay Rates: £12.21 - £14 per hour
Your role will involve working in various settings with vulnerable individuals experiencing:
* Autism
* Mental Health
* Disabilities (Learning and/or Physical)
* Personality/Behavioural Disorders
* Challenging Behaviours
Additionally, you will promote independence and wellbeing, helping service users lead fulfilling lives. This is a highly rewarding job, allowing you to earn good money while making a difference.
Shifts will be tailored to your preferences and location, with no requirement to drive.
