Rainham School for Girls is looking to appoint a Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher to lead a team of form tutors within a year group, maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development.
Responsibilities
As Head of Year (Director of Studies)
* Monitor, track and support students.
* Promote high standards and effective teaching and learning.
* Lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team.
* Commit to the welfare and achievement of the students in the year group.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have
* Experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students.
* The desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning.
* The competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team.
* A commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group, Disability Confident.
