They are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join an expanding Property team due to continued growth.
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Leasehold matters
* Act as main client contact throughout transactions
* Liaise with agents, lenders and third parties
* Progress files efficiently with strong attention to detail
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Deliver high levels of client care
About You
* Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Organised with good time management
* Professional and proactive approach
