Job Description
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
* Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
* Deliver HR-related training sessions to staff as required.
* Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
