As Brand Manager for Training & NikeSKIMS, you will lead the strategy and execution that brings these brands to life across the UK & Ireland, with London as your cultural engine.
You’ll shape the future of Training and NikeSKIMS by connecting deeply with athletes*, creators, communities, and cultural leaders — translating global direction into locally resonant stories, experiences, and partnerships that move the next generation.
This is a role for someone who lives the London Training scene, feels the culture, and sees the opportunity to elevate Training and NikeSKIMS into something bigger than product — a movement.
What You’ll Work On
Lead Training & NikeSKIMS Brand Strategy for UK&I
* Own the strategic plan for Training in London and UK&I.
* Translate global and EMEA direction into sharp, insight‑led, London‑rooted strategies.
* Build integrated seasonal and daily plans that elevate brand strength and drive consumer engagement.
* Ensure London’s POV shapes EMEA and Global strategy.
Drive Cross‑Functional Execution Across London & UK&I
* Lead end‑to‑end execution of Training, work closely with retail and partner marketing.
* Ensure global and EMEA Concept Map moments land powerfully on the ground through pinnacle activations and community experiences.
* Maximise the marketing opportunity across Training and NikeSKIMS partnerships — from gyms to creators to cultural institutions.
Build London’s Training & NikeSKIMS Ecosystem
* Identify and nurture relationships with athletes*, creators, communities, and cultural leaders who embody Nike’s values.
* Expand Nike’s cultural influence through authentic partnerships and word‑of‑mouth.
* Obsess the Training marketplace in London and across the UK — understanding where the consumer is moving and why.
Fuel Nike with Sharp Consumer Insight
* Keep Nike’s ear to the ground — gathering structured, continuous learnings from athletes* and communities.
* Bring the voice of London’s Training consumer into EMEA and Global conversations.
* Identify cultural opportunities, emerging trends, and tension points that shape future strategy.
Lead Project Management, People Leadership & Operational Excellence
* Manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional alignment to deliver work at a pinnacle level.
* Develop and empower one direct report fostering a high‑performance, growth‑minded team culture.
* Drive continuous improvement through measurement, insight, and iteration.

You’ll be part of the London UK & Ireland Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Running and Training Brand Marketing Director, and collaborating daily with:
* London, Territory, and EMEA Brand teams to ensure London’s voice shapes regional and global Training strategy.
* Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing, Brand Planning & Ops, Marketplace, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Legal, and agency/event partners.
* Training communities, creators, partner gyms, competitions, and cultural leaders who define movement in the city.
* EMEA Training and Global partners, ensuring UK&I insights influence the future of Training at scale.
You’ll operate as part of the team driving Nike’s vision on the ground — crafting bold, innovative ways to inspire and connect with athletes* through sport and culture.
Who We’re Looking For
A culturally tuned‑in brand leader with a deep understanding of London’s Training ecosystem and a passion for sport, training and community. Someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution — equally comfortable shaping a narrative, leading a cross‑functional team, or being on the ground with athletes*.
You bring:
* Proven experience in brand management & consumer marketing.
* A deep understanding of London’s Training landscape and its consumer.
* A genuine passion for Training, wellness, and athlete* culture.
* A proven ability to uncover stories that inspire Gen Z/A and shape culture.
* Long‑term experience leading cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
* A strong track record in partnership management — from creators to communities to cultural institutions.
* High‑level communication skills and the ability to influence across the organisation.
* Agility, resilience, and a growth mindset — thriving in dynamic environments and elevating the work at every turn.
* A team‑first mentality with strong leadership and people development skills.
