What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
We are seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking to advance their career, who has a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful Chef de Partie will:
1. Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
2. Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time
3. Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
4. Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
5. Work alongside the Head Chef to demonstrate creativity by helping design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
6. Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour
7. Have a proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
Salary: £13.00-15.00 per hour
