What You’ll Be Doing Leading from the front to grow sales and achieve profit targets. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. Overseeing day-to-day operations: staff management, stock, logistics, and performance. Supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional service. Championing a culture of accountability, service excellence, and “you can rely on us” values. Marketing your branch to attract new business and boost brand reputation. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a sales-led or branch leadership role, ideally in B2B or trade environments. Strong commercial acumen with the drive to grow and develop a branch. Effective people management and coaching skills. Operational know-how in stock, logistics, and customer service. Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
