Divisional Scheduler

Are you enthusiastic and motivated, with the ability to multitask and solve problems? If so, we have a great opportunity for you as a Divisional Scheduler.
This permanent role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract within our scheduling team based out of our Bridgwater office. It offers the perfect opportunity to expand your skills and try something new.
What youll do
* Provide scheduling for our operational teams across multiple workstreams, maximising the efficient use of staff time and reducing mileage and fuel expenditure.
* liaise with operational staff across multiple disciplines to reduce overdue work, raise and prioritise work requests, and schedule planned maintenance.
* Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring performance commitments are met.
* Engage with multiple IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, Teams and internal software.
* Work 40 hours per week with flexibility for reactive coverage and occasional overtime, including out‑of‑hours cover.
What youll need
* Team player with multitasking skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures under strict service level agreements.
* Understanding of operational business is an advantage, but strong problem‑solving under pressure will be sufficient for training.
