Fortus Recrutiment are currently representing a local authority who are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their property services division in East London What you’ll need Experience as a building surveyor in a maintenance environment carrying out pre and post inspections. Knowledge of relevant and current codes of practice, building regulations, health and safety legislation, standards, and materials. Knowledge of construction and design and construction related defects and how to avoid them.
