Responsibilities
* Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
* Use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light / heavy goods vehicles.
* Have access to specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops.
Qualifications
* Qualified mechanic: fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent) and have your own toolkit for standard repairs.
* Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles, e.g., LCV / HGV.
* Valid UK driving licence: Hold a full manual UK driving licence, preferably an HGV licence with trailer experience.
* High working standards: Take pride in your work and ensure the job is done effectively.
* Flexible to service demands: Able to work on a flexible shift rota and willing to support team where necessary.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £44,345 per annum.
* Additional weekend supplement on Saturday (£52.10 per shift)
