Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. Coordinating the team to deliver great availability for customers and safe operations: Running the operation on a day to day basis, making sure daily operational decisions are right for colleagues and customers during my shift. Ensuring the team always delivers the shopping trip and being the person who deals with any on-line customer issues to ensure they receive great service and a full resolution to any problems they may have. Ensuring colleagues are in the right place completing the right tasks and behaviours, liaising with others to ensure customers receive their online order on time. Co-ordinating Customer Delivery Drivers, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively and they have their breaks at the right time to fit around operational requirements. Being knowledgeable about my centre and our results, coordinating others to deliver the practical actions to make improvements in my area. Following company and legislative and health & safety routines ensuring Customer Delivery Drivers do the same. Delivering communication to the Customer Delivery team when there are cascades from my manager. Looking at ways to simplify our operations and share these ideas with my Manager. Always putting the customer first and consider them in everything I do. Recognising and celebrating Customer Delivery Drivers achievements. Understanding what may be getting in the way of delivering a great service and helping to remove these obstacles. Communicating with the delivery teams as required.
