The Role As Financial Controller, you will be the senior finance professional on-site, responsible for the day-to-day financial control of the business.

What We're Looking For Qualified accountant preferred (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar in an SME Strong background in month-end, year-end, and financial control Comfortable working in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or project-based environment Confident working with external accountants and auditors Pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable operating as the sole senior finance professional Happy with a fully office-based role Working Pattern & Benefits Office-based role (no hybrid or remote) Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm Friday: 8:30am–4:00pm 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Stable, profitable business with long-term career security Opportunity to shape and own the finance function in a growing company Why Apply?
