Depot Maintenance Assistant
Salary: £27,570.56 per annum. Location: Erith XDC. Shift Pattern: hours per day. The vacancy will close in 2 months at 23:59 GMT.
Job Purpose: To maintain and repair a range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines.
* Hands‑on experience in fault finding and repairs.
* Experience servicing/repairing generators, compressors or similar plant/equipment.
* Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to cover overtime and participate in the on‑call rota.
