Based in Walsall this home is close to local amenities but also the beautiful countryside to allow young people to have the best of both worlds. *You will have the support of a highly experienced Director who has worked in the sector for their whole career. As well as a Responsible Individual who has been achieved an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding'.* The ideal candidate will be passionate about children's care and have experience of working within the management team of a children's residential service. As a Children's Registered Manager, you will be expected to provide outstanding care for children and young people within a residential home. You will be required to have knowledge and experience of: Children's Act, OFSTED regulations, Staff recruitment and management, compliance and safeguarding, Reg 44s, OFSTED inspections and Therapeutic practice. The ideal candidate will know how to engage in the referral and matching process, liaising with all parties involved. Your role as Children's Registered Manager will be to lead from the front, setting excellent examples for staff and young people alike.
