Purpose
Enable the smooth delivery of change by coordinating the governance forums that shape our Logistics agenda — making sure activity is well-sequenced, risks are understood, and the right decisions are made at the right time.
Support senior stakeholders across Supply, Logistics, Risk and Retail to plan, align and act on initiatives that impact our depots — helping to keep operations running, colleagues informed, and momentum behind sustainable improvements.

Contribution
* This role is central to protecting the day-to-day operational rhythm of our depots, ensuring change is introduced in a sustainable, well-governed way that puts colleagues first.
* You’ll be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking to engage with Logistics governance, offering clear guidance on how to navigate forums, steer groups, and operational approval processes.
* Provide expert advice to Logistics and Supply Chain teams on what’s required to land initiatives well, helping shape submissions to ensure they’re informed, appropriate, and realistic for our depots.
* Own and manage the forward plan for Logistics governance, ensuring our forums are run with clarity, structure, and accountability—and that key decisions are recorded and acted on.
* Proactively work with teams across the business to spot conflicting priorities, overloaded timelines or missed operational impacts—acting as a safeguard to ensure change lands without unintended disruption.
* Support OSC priorities and wider business initiatives by analysing data, surfacing risks, and identifying improvement opportunities that benefit both colleagues and customers.
* Build trusted relationships across Logistics, Retail OSC, Supply Chain and beyond—bringing people together to coordinate efforts and keep things simple for our depot teams to deliver our unified purpose
* Help ensure governance forums result in clear decisions, aligned actions, and improved visibility across Logistics
* Embeds a proactive culture of risk management in planning activity, ensuring it’s part of everyday thinking — not an afterthought.
* Support the wider team in the development of Logistics Business Continuity plans and meeting any regulatory or compliance requirements
