About this role:
We support independent restaurants to move online, reach more customers, and grow their businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, focusing on developing and growing your area, maximizing orders, and building strong relationships.
Location: Edinburgh (Field-based & home-based)
Key responsibilities:
* Maximize potential of existing restaurants through building beneficial relationships.
* Educate partners on providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure onboarding of new restaurants within 14 days of going online.
* Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants.
* Use platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities.
What you bring:
* Experience in B2B sales or account management.
* Ownership of ambitious targets.
* Strong communication skills.
* Passion for learning.
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Interest in food and restaurants.
* Full UK driving license.
