We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our IT & Digital Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an eagerness to develop within a structured business analysis function.
You will work closely with the Business Analysis, Technical Operations, and Project Management teams to capture and document customer requirements, assist in drafting development plans, and help coordinate Scrum teams alongside Project Managers. The role also involves engaging directly with customers and stakeholders within an IT and digital environment, providing valuable insights to support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and analyse customer requirements to support digital and IT projects.
* Work with the Lead Business Analyst and PMs to define clear development plans and user stories.
* Assist in coordinating Scrum teams, ensuring deliverables align with project objectives.
* Support the preparation of business and technical documentation, including process maps, use cases, and reports.
* Engage with stakeholders and customers to capture feedback and ensure requirements are accurately reflected in project outputs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline business analysis practices.
* Provide analytical support and insights to help decision-making across the CoE.
Required Experience:
* Some experience (academic, internship, or early career) in business analysis, IT projects, or digital transformation environments.
* Exposure to working in or alongside multidisciplinary teams (e.g., operations, project management, or software development).
* Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.

Required Education:
