Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker with PBS experience only for this role. Night shift required, 48 hours per week from 22:00 to 07:00, based in Alfreton (DE55). This post offers 48 hours weekly, requiring full availability and experience in Complex Care/PBS.

About the role and support:
This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, with complex needs, to lead the best life possible. The team lives in bungalow schemes, with individuals ranging from 20-60 years old, with needs related to learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and physical disabilities.

Your values:
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, physical health, and challenging behavior. Experience in social care is acceptable if qualification is not held. You should be passionate about supporting independence, capable of mentoring, and willing to develop skills through training in PBS, Makaton, and PECS. During recruitment, you'll meet the individuals supported to understand their personalities and needs.
