Role Summary
A post as Physician Associate in the department of Dermatology is available at Royal Devon University Healthcare Northern Foundation Trust. The Dermatology Department operates from Litchdon House in Barnstaple.
As a Physician Associate, you will work as part of a supported team using a wide range of skills including:
* Obtaining accurate medical history and performing appropriate physical examinations for patients with complex conditions
* Requesting, undertaking, interpreting tests, and acting upon results to develop differential diagnoses
* Developing, implementing, and managing treatment plans, including referrals to other professionals and consultants
* Providing advice to patients, relatives, and carers on treatment and management plans
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support policy implementation and meet patient needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced physician associate with a strong desire to work with skin patients in dermatology.
The successful candidate will join our passionate dermatology team based at Litchdon House, providing high-quality outpatient care in a supportive environment.
Our department offers a range of services from general dermatology to specialist treatments, emphasizing collaborative, patient-centered care.
You will be an integral part of our team, providing outpatient services and working closely with dermatologists and nurses to ensure excellent patient care.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, full-time.
Remuneration
The salary reflects the Agenda for Change 5/6 rates, with a pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before the update, the pay will be backdated accordingly.
