Job Role:
1. Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis.
2. Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant.
3. Acting as a positive role model for students.
4. Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
5. Helping students to reengage with education.
