As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference in a contract for 3-6 months initial with strong scope to extend. Your responsibilities will include analysing requirements, developing specifications and writing code; conducting unit testing of developed objects; quality assurance; documentation; strong configuration management; planning project works; implementing, integrating and subsequently supporting the delivery of solutions and system improvements to meet customer requirements; co-ordinating critical change requests; co-ordinating outstanding transition and knowledge-sharing activities; and monitoring the support provision provided and ensuring gaps are promptly addressed. Must Have SQL Server development SQL Server database administration experience, including infrastructure, backup/restore, availability management, performance tuning, indexing, query optimization and capacity planning. ETL/Data Migration experience Data Warehousing and middleware experience Commercial integration development and maintenance utilising SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) &/or Azure Integration Services APIs Experience of the tables within one or more housing management systems (Such as NEC Housing, Civica Cx, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, CapitaOne/OPEN Housing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, etc). Nice to Have Varied database experience (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Ingress, Progress, DB2, etc) SSRS Azure XML Relevant professional certification, such as MCSA SQL Server, MCSE Data Platform Solutions Expert, Azure Data Fundamentals, ITIL, or similar.
