About Our Client
My client is an international transport haulage organisation who are based in Tamworth and looking for a Fuel Logistics Coordinator to work 06:00 - 18:00, 4 days on and 4 days off rotation.
Job Description
* Plan and manage delivery schedules so fuel arrives on time
* Talking to drivers and the team to keep everything running smoothly
* Handling any delivery questions or last-minute changes like route swaps or delays
* Ordering fuel and making sure all the details are correct before loading
* Sharing updates with teammates and other departments
* Supporting customers by answering their questions and sorting out issues
* Jumping into action calmly if there's an emergency like a spill or unexpected problem
* Taking on any other tasks that help the team and keep operations running smoothly
The Successful Applicant
* Strong communication skills and confident working with different people
* Good problem-solving abilities and able to stay calm when things get busy
* Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is helpful but not essential
* Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel - training provided
* Can commute to Tamworth
