Position in Organisation This role reports to the Professional Services Manager within the Professional Services Department of Innovus. This role is based in our New Milton Office with Hybrid working. In this role you will: Effectively lead and support your team of Company Secretarial administrators to deliver a high quality, timely and efficient service to our Company Secretarial clients. Support opportunities to grow the business by working with the Professional Services Manager to improve the service we provide to customers whilst generating additional income to this business area. Assist the Professional Services Manager with business development opportunities through potential Company Secretarial clients, supporting department growth plans and wider business white labelling opportunities. Main Responsibilities Create a highly engaged and motivated team through personal development, 121’s, engagement and succession planning Have a clear understanding of, and work towards achieving the Department’s KPIs, leading and inspiring the team to meet them. Lead and execute the continuous improvement plan to create efficiencies, improve service as well as cost savings. Supporting the Professional Services Manager with identifying and maximising growth opportunities across the suite Professional Services offered including Innovus Resident Management Company Services. Work collaboratively with key Stakeholders from existing or future clients, maintaining clear and comprehensive channels of communication. Find opportunities to streamline and digitise team processes to make the customer journey seamless in line with the wider business strategy of delivering outstanding customer service. Develop and implement action plans, to promote Professional Services to our clients ensuring that constructive, supportive and cordial working relationships with all stakeholders are in place. Be an advocate for Innovus Professional Services, contributing to our business objectives by championing our values and providing exemplary service to our customers and clients. Prioritising and dealing with escalated customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner. Skills and Experience Previous experience of leading a team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate ability and success in managing and prioritising workload to ensure the effectiveness of your team in meeting department service levels Previous experience managing the full range of employee lifecycle and applying the relevant policies and procedures. Previous experience of ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiencies delivered. Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer communications and dealing with challenging conversations with both internal and external customers.
