About The Position
* Identify and target group and MICE customers that will generate business for the hotels
* Provide direction and sales leadership
* Proactively identify corporate accounts
* Ensuring proactive plan and sales strategies
* Organise the corporate business travel activities
* Manage and train the Sales Managers
* Organise and attend fam:trips
* Achieve monthly KPIs and sales goals
* Report to the Director of Sales
The Successful Candidate
* Must have experience as a Senior Sales Manager
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
* At least 5 years experience in hotel sales
* At least 3 years in corporate and MICE
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
* A dynamic and motivated individual
* Someone who loves to network
