We are currently recruiting for a Medical Administrator on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. This is a full-time, on-site position working 8:30am-4:30pm, initially offered as a six-month contract with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative processes to support the efficient delivery of clinical services.
Manage patient bookings, referrals, waiting lists, and associated documentation.
Ensure medical records and data systems are accurately maintained in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
Support clinicians with reports, clinic preparation, data entry, and general operational administration.Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately.
Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems.
