This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to enter the Maintenance field, learn new skills, and work with a fantastic team.
The Maintenance Team seeks a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to coordinate repairs and maintenance across all manufacturing sites in Poole. Typical working hours are 9am-5pm on weekdays, with flexibility for the right candidate.
As a Repairs and Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure all buildings and facilities are maintained to high standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Logging repairs and maintenance jobs using an online asset management system
* Assigning tasks to in-house engineers and external contractors
* Communicating with manufacturing departments
* Scheduling deliveries and collections
* Maintaining store inventory logs using an online system
* Coordinating service and maintenance with external contractors and in-house engineers for equipment/machinery in UK production
* Updating contractor files, insurance, and RAMS documentation
* Collaborating with the H&S team to ensure equipment and machinery compliance
* Reporting performance metrics to management regularly
* Purchasing parts and spares from external suppliers
* Conducting regular site walk-arounds with management
* Authorizing and logging invoices
* Identifying patterns in incidents and potential causes of system failures
* Communicating clearly with all levels of the business and external partners
