What you’ll be doing:
* Running 1:1 learning and coaching sessions with consultants
* Leading energising group workshops and onboarding programmes
* Driving “HIVES” our high-energy sales days focused on learning, motivation and performance
* Working closely with team leads to identify skill gaps and build tailored upskilling plans
* Helping shape and deliver long-term L&D strategies across teams
