Job Description: United Way of Southwest Virginia Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant at United Way of Southwest Virginia is responsible for conducting administrative and logistical tasks across all areas and functions of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
1. Data entry and reporting for the development team
2. Maintaining confidential information on donors and partners
3. Processing accounts receivable
4. Providing logistical support for events, programs, and meetings
5. Performing advanced administrative tasks to ensure team efficiency
The Administrative Assistant will directly report to the Director of Development and provide support to department members, including the Director of Development and Executive Director. Success in this role requires the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and multiple requests professionally and efficiently.
