A leading Legal 500 Thames Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (2+ years PQE) to join its busy, well-respected Residential Property team in Reading.
The Role:
You will handle your own varied caseload with full support from a friendly and collaborative team. Matters will include:
* Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
* Transfers of Equity and Assents
* Re-mortgages
* New Build Plot Purchases
* Adverse Possession and First Registrations
* Shared Ownership Transactions
* Listed Buildings and Leasehold Properties
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer to work on a diverse range of property transactions for a high-quality client base in Reading and the wider Thames Valley area.
? What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property Conveyancing
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Good organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Experience working within a busy private practice law firm
* Knowledge of the Reading property market (desirable but not essential)
