We are recruiting a permanent Staff Development Facilitator who has extensive experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of development interventions and can work as a core member of the Staff Development Training Faculty.
The Staff Development team’s vision is to build and deliver a world‑class inclusive, innovative and relevant learning and development offer which enables UCLH staff to be high‑performing, achieve their full potential, and provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of a portfolio of courses and programmes
* Act as overall lead for one of the core programmes
* Review the format, content and delivery of all learning interventions in line with feedback and the changing needs of the Trust
* Identify and respond to new training requirements for UCLH staff
* Support implementation of the national Management & Leadership Development (MALD) Framework
Qualifications
* Post‑graduate diploma level education or equivalent knowledge/experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Significant experience of designing and delivering training, including in a virtual environment
* Qualification or experience in coaching, mentoring and/or action learning desirable
