Responsibilities
* Strategic thinking and direction‑setting: lead the Senior Marketing Leadership team, identifying growth and optimisation opportunities using a variety of data sources and analytical techniques; develop and implement holistic measurement techniques around attribution, ROI, LTV, incrementality, targeting and creative testing.
* Building new measurement capability: develop models, measurement frameworks and testing plans to inform paid strategy; build Python models for attribution, model LTV of marketing‑acquired customersтой and develop testing methodologies.
* Getting things set up and BAU support: monitor performance, set up reporting in Looker, work with the Adtech team to identify new measurement opportunities, and collaborate with other Marketing Data Scientists to ensure a joined approach across digital and brand marketing.
* Making sure the business knows the numbers: act as Parlament, Senior Marketing Leadership, and executive key data contact; engage stakeholders to ensure decisions are data‑driven.
Requirements
* Extensive track record as a Data Scientist/Analyst, including experience in a digital marketplace or mobile‑first environment.
* Proven Marketing Analytics experience with implemented measurement methodologies for paid marketing performance.
* Experience measuring brand/ATL channel performance via MT/incrementality testing or LTV modelling.
* Experience driving measurement roadmaps with senior marketing stakeholders and executive teams.
* Commercial awareness and proactive attitude to drive impact.
* Proficiency in productionising Python/R models for analytics using scheduling tools such as Airflow.
* ProPopular in SQL and working with large, complex, fragmented datasets.
* Strong understanding of paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SVOD/OTT) and the data they generate.
* Worked with mobile attribution from M hinderly (e.g., Branch, Appsflyer, Kochava).
