English & General Cover Teacher – SEMH Secondary Setting
Location: Wiltshire
Contract: Full-time, starting September 2025
Salary: Paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella faff)

We’re working with a fantastic SEMH secondary school in Wiltshire that’s looking for a dedicated educator to cover English and provide general cover across subjects from September. With small class sizes, strong routines, and a highly supportive team, it’s a role where you’ll see the difference you’re making every single day.
You’ll mainly be teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with the chance to cover other subjects where needed. Flexibility and emotional intelligence are key and a good sense of humour definitely helps!
The school would ideally like qualified, experienced educators, HOWEVER, if you are experienced in secondary Cover Supervisor/Supply Teaching or a strong subject specialist, we would also love to hear from you

What we’re looking for:
5. Experience in SEMH, SEND, PRU, or alternative education settings
6. UK QTS or equivalent OR experience within secondary/sen education
7. Confidence teaching English plus the flexibility to cover other subjects
8. A patient, nurturing style and strong behaviour management
