Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council, is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Assess mental health needs and risks for adults.
* Develop and review care/support plans tailored to individual needs.
* Provide crisis intervention and manage safeguarding concerns.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary support with health and community services.
* Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services.
* Connect individuals to housing, benefits, and community resources.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
* Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 year's post qualifying experience.
